A flat spot about 10×10 ft for each station, two dedicated 120V circuits, and a way to roll road cases in. That covers most of it. We bring the presses, heat equipment, ink, blanks, tables and the crew who run them.
Your Anaheim venue checklist
- Floor space: about 10×10 ft per station. Leave some room out front for a line, because on an Anaheim Convention Center show floor you'll get one.
- Power: two dedicated 120V/20A circuits per station. At the Convention Center the electrical is ordered through the venue ahead of time. In a resort-district hotel ballroom it usually means making sure our outlet isn't sharing a circuit with catering.
- Load-in: a dock, freight elevator or lift for the cases. The Convention Center runs move-in on a marshalling schedule, so we need that window in writing. A Packing District or Center Street space usually just needs a curb and a door a cart fits through.
- Surface and shade: level ground, inside or out. At City National Grove or GardenWalk we'll want a canopy or shade over the station, since a summer afternoon in Anaheim is hot work for the crew and the gear.
What you don't have to arrange
Tables, dryers, a full size run of blanks and the art prep are ours. The shop is in Fullerton, a short drive down the 57, so the truck gets loaded the morning of your event and setup and teardown fit around your run-of-show. If the room has a power limit or a tight move-in window, tell us when you book and we'll build the station plan around it. The Convention Center page has more on show-floor setups.
