Tees are the easy pick for a quinceañera or a family party with a lot of kids. A hat bar works for a groom's crowd or a fortieth where people would wear a cap anyway. Live embroidery is slower per piece, so we suggest it for a smaller dinner where a stitched monogram on a robe or a tote is the gift. You can also put two of them on one table.
Space and power for a live printing station at an Anaheim reception
Plan on a 10×10 ft spot and two 120V/20A circuits the DJ and the bar aren't already using. In the hotel ballrooms around the convention center, ask the banquet captain to put a dedicated circuit and our load-in time on your banquet order. Their freight elevators get busy when a show is moving in next door, so we book a window. Backyards in Anaheim Hills are a different job. Patio outlets often share a breaker with the pool pump or the kitchen, so send us a photo of the spot and the panel and we'll say whether a cord run works or we bring a generator. From September into the winter, Santa Ana winds can come through the canyon in the afternoon, and we weigh down the canopy and the garment rack. Each shirt takes about two minutes. With two presses running we clear 100+ an hour, so 150 guests have theirs in roughly 90 minutes. The truck leaves Fullerton a couple of hours before your load-in, which is plenty for a drive this short even with the 91 backed up.
