A custom hat bar is a patch bar with a heat press behind it. Guests pick a cap off the wall, choose from the patch designs we set up for your event, and watch our crew press it on right there. The blanks are your call, trucker or dad-hat style caps in whatever colors fit the brand. Caps, patches and presses come over from our Fullerton shop, one city over.
It works as an activation because the guest makes the choices, so the cap feels like theirs and actually gets worn. We bring the caps, the patches, the presses and the crew, and dress the station to fit your event.
What an Anaheim hat bar includes
- A cap wall: truckers, snapbacks, dad hats and beanies in several colors.
- Custom patches: leather, PVC or embroidered, built from your logo or event art.
- Pressing on site: a crew that keeps the line moving and the patches straight.
- A styled, photo-ready setup that looks at home from Convention Center & Resort to Downtown & Center Street.
Pair it with live screen printing for a two-sided station: shirts on one table, caps on the other.
Anaheim hat bar questions
Is this a western hat bar with felt hats?
No. There's no felt shaping, hatbands, feathers or brim burning at our table. It's a cap and patch bar: the guest picks a cap and a patch, and we heat-press the patch on. If your Anaheim crowd wants cowboy hats, that's a different vendor.
Which Anaheim events suit a hat bar?
Sponsor nights around Honda Center and Angel Stadium, where a cap with sponsor art pulls people over before the game or show. Launch nights in the Platinum Triangle, where guests want a piece that feels like a gift. And Convention Center booths, where a pressed cap beats handing out another pen.
Will it fit a tight space at GardenWalk or the Packing District?
Usually. It's one of our smaller stations, and on a Packing District patio or a GardenWalk storefront a hat bar often fits where two screen presses won't. Send the floor plan and we'll tell you for sure.
