Community events here often run longer hours with a steady, unhurried line, so we plan the design menu and blank count for a whole day, not a single rush. Live printing downtown

Plan on about 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits for each station. On a street or plaza, ask the organizer early which power drop the vendors share.
