Two to four weeks out works for most Anaheim events. We're based in Fullerton with gear staged year-round, and we've turned events around in under a week, so a close date is still worth asking about.
A simple timeline
- 4+ weeks out - best for fan and comic expos and big Convention Center booths, where the exhibitor manual sets its own deadlines for electrical orders and move-in. It also leaves room for art rounds and specialty blanks.
- 2-4 weeks out - enough for most corporate events, launches and private parties in the resort district. Send the date, venue and headcount and we lock in the setup.
- Under 2 weeks - often fine for Anaheim and nearby Orange County cities, since the drive is short. Ask and we'll answer quickly.
What speeds things up
Finished art files, a rough headcount, the venue (with a floor plan if you have one) and which stations you want. With those four things we can start proofing art right away and hold the date. For a Convention Center booth, a copy of your electrical order saves a round of emails.
Short notice? It may not be too late. We keep presses and blanks staged all year and cover last-minute Anaheim dates often.
Look over booking lead time and pricing, and once you have a date, request your Anaheim quote.
Anaheim proof
Why Anaheim lead times can run short
Most of the lead time on any booking goes into planning the room: load-in path, power, the line, and where guests choose a garment. The Convention Center and resort district is where we set up most often, so for the common Anaheim rooms that planning moves quickly.
Nothing has to ship ahead, because the Fullerton shop is close. The truck carries presses, flash dryers, heat presses, blanks, tables, signage and crew, and each station needs about 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits.
